We are a team of 24 young people who maintain an open culture within the company. The RFI office is located within the modern Sky Office in Dusseldorf Golzheim. RFI offers a wide range of team building activities to help our staff learn more about each other outside of the work environment. We are a global company represented by the Barentz Group. Cultural diversity is very important to us when selecting our employees. It is particularly important to RFI to exemplify equality in everyday corporate life, regardless of gender, religion or other differentiating characteristics.

We are a family-friendly company who offer flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home. RFI also provides parking spaces for our employees close to the office. The modern Sky Office is light and spacious, offering each department its own working area. The building is also air conditioned. Our office is located near the river Rhine. Lots of our current employees enjoy a quick visit during their lunch hour. We also have a football table in the office which staff often like to use during their break too.

The internal as well as the external training and further education of our employees is an important factor for the success of RFI. Therefore we provide our employees the opportunities to develop further knowledge in their area of responsibility. It enables them to maintain and further develop their qualifications as well as their professional competence at a constantly high level.

In order to provide staff with a healthy and balanced meal every day, lunch is subsidised. They are given a choice of three dishes, a large salad bar and dessert. The health is very important and for this reason we also offer free fruit, along with free drinks such as water, coffee and cocoa. In order to stay fit through sport, we support our employees financially with an e-bike lease.

A summer party and a Christmas party are held annually. In the summer, we usually plan an active excursion followed by a meal. The Christmas party starts in a restaurant and often ends with a visit to Düsseldorf's old town.
